LUXX offers an array of packages for every budget and event type. Planning with us is easy. Start with the basics and modify minor elements to suit your needs or customize entirely and create your own unique package. We’re excited to hear your plans and ready to assist you.
Luxx Events & Rentals offers three standard Planning and/or Design Rate Packages:
- Design, Production, Installation full planning
- Direction & Design partial planning
- Supervision month of planning or Day of
We also customize packages to meet your specific needs.
Discounts are offered to trade professionals and for our rental customers!
We do offer standard consulting services designed for those on a budget. Consulting is an hourly rate with a minimum of 3 hours for any type of event including virtual and hybrid.
You can also get basic event design/layouts that include 1 change for $150 per room. This item is included in any rental package over $500. Check the rental page for more details.
Not sure which package you need? No problem! We will be happy to reach out and guide you to the perfect planning tool. Please note that we are required by law to charge sales tax on all rate packages and rentals.
